This set integrates aluminum steering plate, carbon fiber front bumper plate and center positioning tool, enabling one-stop upgrade of steering precision and front structure stability. No complex modification required, ready to install and use immediately.
Aluminum Steering Plate
Crafted from 7075-T6 aluminum with black anodizing and laser etching, balancing aesthetics and strength. Pre-installed precision roller bearings, fully compatible with original IF718 for seamless replacement. Enhances steering rigidity and durability.
Graphite Upper Plate
Made of high-quality carbon fiber, lightweight yet tough. Reduces vehicle weight and improves handling flexibility; resistant to impact and deformation, stabilizing the front structure. Directly fits original IF729 with no extra modification, easy to install.
Center Positioning Tool
Designed for precise adjustment of front wheel camber balance. Insert the tool through the center holes of the bumper plate and steering plate for positioning and fixing. Remove it after adjustment, quickly optimizing steering accuracy.
Installation
1. Install the steering plate with the arrow pointing toward the rear of the vehicle.
2. Assemble the left and right steering rocker arm assemblies. Install washers at the bottom of both sides with the flat side facing the chassis, then secure with nuts (do not overtighten).
3. Mount the steering rocker arms to the steering plate.
4. Attach the steering assembly to the steering column.
5. Assemble the body mount bracket with the front butterfly plate in the correct orientation, then install the assembly onto the steering component.
6. Secure the front butterfly plate with screws.
To further adjust the left-right balance of the camber angle, follow these steps:
1. Insert the alignment tool through the front butterfly plate and fix it to the center hole of the steering plate.
2. Connect the alignment gauge and adjust the left and right sides separately.
3. Remove the alignment tool after adjustment.
